I am an accomplished consultant, project manager, and social entrepreneur. I have set up several microenterprises, including Ministry of Thrift, where I worked with numerous G15 housing associations on financial inclusion. I also established Set Fashion Free, a youth organisation in collaboration with the V&A, British Museum, and LSBU, as well as Little STEMS, in partnership with Oxford and Imperial universities.My experience spans corporate financial services such as Barclays, and charities and non-profits like Toynbee Hall, London Plus Credit Union, and Citizens Advice. I have a wealth of experience in driving impactful programs and initiatives in the fields of health equity and financial inclusion. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes.I have collaborated with multiple business and public sector partners, showcasing exceptional relationship management skills. Recently, I served as the financial inclusion lead, focusing on race equity. In this role, I designed and managed a portfolio of grant investments totaling £3.5 million for Impact on Urban Health, within the Guys’ & St. Thomas’ Foundation. I have the expertise to analyse your business processes and products, identify issues, and work with you to improve race equity and financial inclusion outcomes. By doing so, I can play a key role in the broader success of your diversity and inclusion strategy.
