Debt Advice Infrastructure
Transforming the future of debt advice and creating the infrastructure to serve Black and minoritised communities.
I was the lead Portfolio Manager investing almost £1 million of grant and social investment into a partnership between Elifinity, Rooted Finance and Money A&E. I also sat on the Advisory Board of Elifinty providing strategic advice as a funder and financial inclusion expert.

Open Banking and Financial Health
This project produced first of kind insights into how Black and minoritised communities experience poor health and poor finances and whether financial technology has a role to play in improving their outcomes. I commissioned this work and provided strategic oversight. I worked with COMUZI, Rooted Finance, Shelter (London) and Stockwell Partnership. Read more here

Financial Well-being at Guys & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust
In partnership with Rooted by Design, Money A&E, GSTT and Guys and St Thomas' Charities, I provided the financial health expertise in order to drive this innovative programme forward. The initiative included providing the first of it's kind onsite culturally appropriate financial support service. This project has also enabled the Trust to engage Black and minioritised lower band staff in co-design, in order to achieve better long term outcomes.
